TIAA was created by the social housing sector in response to recognition that the level of internal audit provision provided by the accounting firms was considered to be lightweight and added no value. Our fusion of internal audit and business management, rather than external audit means that we add value to the service we provide to our clients, rather than just ‘ticking the boxes’.
