Providing assurance for over 25 years
TIAA began trading in 1995, and since then, we have grown significantly. We have taken on the operations of several other business assurance providers, making us specialists in various sectors, and turning us into a nationwide operator with a multi-million pound turnover.
Originally formed by a consortium of housing associations to meet the specialist internal audit needs of the social housing sector, TIAA began trading in 1995. We are now one of the largest business assurance providers to this sector. Today we provide business assurance services across Housing, the NHS and Healthcare, Local Government, Education, Charities, and Police sectors. We are comprised of four regional business assurance Directorates which are supported by national IT Audit, Business Services, Anti-Crime, Security Management and Digital Forensic teams, together with a centralised Business Support function. With offices across England, Wales and Scotland, we can offer you a genuinely local service.
We continue to go from strength to strength, gaining new clients and enjoying a high rate of reappointment by current clients. TIAA stands out in the field because we are not an accountancy firm, but a specialist provider of internal audit, anti-crime and business assurance services.
