TIAA are delighted to announce a new operating structure to deliver to customers, empower staff and grow the business.

TIAA Ltd was formed in 1995, and it has continually evolved to meet the needs of its staff, customers and shareholders: Growing to become the largest specialist provider of Business Assurance services to the public sector in the UK. The next step in the evolution of the Company is the launch of its new operating structure, designed to promote opportunities for staff and enable the Company to best meet the needs of its customers.

It is an exciting time for us that truly puts people at the heart of the business. Fiona Roe, newly appointed Director – Risk and Assurance said ‘the change is an opportunity for our staff to develop and progress their careers all whilst operating within an economically aware Company’.

Clarence Mpofu, Director – Risk and Assurance stated ‘the new structure will enable provisions of a broader range of innovative services, demonstrating independence between assurance and advisory services’.

This forward-step for TIAA is more than just adding value for customers; It’s a new attitude to doing business and humanising the brand.

The Company’s new Risk & Assurance and Risk & Advisory divisions will better position TIAA to:
  1. Provide a broader range of innovative services;
  2. Provide further opportunities for our staff to develop and progress their careers, whilst supporting others to start or continue their career with TIAA;
  3. Meet the needs of regulators and customers in demonstrating independence between assurance and advisory services; and
  4. Become a more sustainable business, giving more back than it takes from environments within which it operates.
