Led by Mike Sarwar, this session will give a technical CPD update on developments in Accounting Standards.
This always popular session will provide a comprehensive update on the current key accounting issues for NHS bodies, including changes over the last year in accounting standards and reporting requirements.
Looking ahead to future changes, Mike will also give a briefing about potential new developments which may impact organisation’s financial reporting.
The morning is followed by an optional free session on the Fraud Landscape: Cyber Fraud Risks with TIAA’s Melanie Alflatt, Director of Anti-Crime Services.
This event qualifies as CPD. The session has been arranged jointly with the Kent Surrey Sussex branch of HFMA, and is therefore free to its members.
