TIAA is currently providing internal audit services for our 7 member strong Internal Audit Consortium. I have been working with the Audit Director and the core team since April 2018. In this time I have found the team to be very hard working, conscientious and professional.
All of our clients are unique and whilst our style and templates are the same, the range of services provided, cultures and working processes that the team come across day to day are very different. I feel that they adapt to each environment well and take the time to equip themselves with the knowledge to add value to internal audit work.
