Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, NHS recruitment processes have undergone a number of significant changes in terms of how pre-employment checks, interviews and inductions are conducted. In liaison with a senior NHS Director of HR, we developed a benchmarking survey for our NHS provider clients to assess the impact of the pandemic on recruitment teams, to understand how time to hire metrics, activity and recruitment processes have been affected, and whether the effects have been positive or negative.
