CQC Advice

Delivering high quality services, and achieving the best possible CQC rating is critical to your reputation as a care provider.

Achieving top results

CQC inspections will test your service provision against the 5 key lines of enquiry:

Since 2014, these 5 key lines of enquiry have led to a rating for each registered establishment. We understand that you want to deliver quality care and achieve the best possible rating for your service, and we can help you.

TIAA can supply you with CQC trained specialists and ex-CQC inspectors, who have the up-to-date knowledge and experience to support your staff and ensure your services meet the CQC’s fundamental standards.

We can run dedicated training sessions for your staff and managers, as well as mock inspections, in full or in part, to educate your team and test your compliance with the Health and Social Care Act Regulations.

On a planned basis, or as a one-off assignment, our CQC specialists can give advice and guidance in all areas relating to CQC inspections. Like the CQC, we will talk to residents and staff to gain their views to inform an overall picture of your service.

Following each review you will be provided with a full CQC style report, complete with our recommendations, outlining remedial actions to address any potential areas of non-compliance.

With support from TIAA, you will be fully prepared for your CQC inspection, whether you are concerned about domiciliary care, medicines management or infection prevention and control. We are thoroughly experienced in helping all providers to manage their regulatory risk, and meet the targets of the Health and Social Care Act.
