Training & Surveys
Flexible approach
Our approach stands out among training providers because we treat our customers as partners; we work with you, not just for you. We work with you to understand your business and your goals, and design complete training packages and any performance indicators around delivery of those goals.
Feedback from clients confirms that our experienced and accredited trainers deliver our courses to an exceptional standard. They use a variety of interactive training methods to engage and enthuse learners. We know that not every individual learns at the same rate or in the same way, so our trainers are flexible in their approach. This ensures we meet the needs of each and every learner, enabling them to achieve the desired outcome of the course.
Our comprehensive list of training opportunities includes personal safety courses, a selection of health and safety courses as well as security training and a range of workplace skills. Our full catalogue of professional training courses are available on request, however we are always developing our directory and can be adaptive to your specific needs.
Our service is unique to each client, and all courses are tailored to your specific requirements. This ensures that content is relevant to staff and organisational needs. Our experts also provide on-site training locally on-site, meaning your staff face no additional travel time or costs.

TIAA have been fortunate to work with companies in all sectors across the UK
This is excellent, thank you. You’ve captured everything accurately and hit the nail on the head with the areas that require more work. This is a really helpful document and I’ll use the final version to help progress risk in the new organisation.
I have completed the Data Protection online training course developed by TIAA. I have piloted online courses by two other providers but feel this course is superior in terms of both content, ease of navigation etc. The course is divided into helpful sections to include info on the GDPR and DP principles, a quiz and towards the end it provides some everyday scenarios which staff may encounter in relation to Data Protection.
