Andrew is TIAA’s Head of Investigations – Healthcare who originally joined the Company in 2004. Andrew has over 30 years of experience undertaking complex criminal and internal workplace investigations delivering positive outcomes working with key stakeholders such as the Police, Crown Prosecution Service, and regulatory bodies.

Andrew is vigilant, meticulous and systematic in gathering data and manages TIAA’s investigations and intelligence operations for the Company client group. Andrew makes critical decisions to ensure compliance with legislative requirements leading a team of highly skilled investigators.
