Angela is responsible for leading and supporting a highly skilled specialist team and consistently delivers to her clients. Her current portfolio allows Angela to work with clients to improve systems, data integrity and processes which result in value added improvement.
As TIAA’s Housing Lead, one of Angela’s key strengths that she brings to the company and her clients is her knowledge of the sector. Angela has contacts in regulatory bodies and is well known in housing circles, being responsible for core internal audit services, advisory reviews and grant compliance requirements at a number of registered providers. Angela has a genuine passion for the housing sector and this combined with Angela’s key skills of communication and engagement provide for a trusted relationship.
Career Highlights:
- Setting out tailored and value adding strategic and annual audit plans that target the key risks organisations are facing, providing valuable assessment and assurance through delivery of the audit plans.
- Developing and expanding a strong client portfolio of long-standing and new clients.
- Working with Boards and Management Teams to prepare for inspections and regulatory engagement.
- Working with clients to review and improve their risk assurance systems, including the facilitation of Board and Management workshops to ensure systems and frameworks are embedded.
- Speaking at external seminars and facilitating workshops to discuss and consider sector and wider sector developments.
